“I had an outside garden water pipe burst. I was very pleased with their quick and clearly communicated response. They arrive sooner then they told me and fixed the pipe to turn on my water again and I plan to have them come back out to replace the garden water outlet.”

“Great experience form True Plumbers & AC team. We initially called them for our water softener not working properly, faulty. Peter (tech) educated us on our options, and being conscious of our budgetary needs. We ended removing and replacing with a standalone filtration system the following week by him, professionally installed, great job. During his install, we mentioned that we were having AC issues and he recommended for us to call his office and ask for the AC team to come and check. We had already previously made an appointment with another company, but they waived the service check fee as we were already using them. Redd and Keithen AC (techs) arrived the same day to troubleshoot the unit. Took a minute but Redd (great job) found the faulty heat coil relay and the AC ran perfectly again. Maybe the other company would be just as honest as True P&A, but I’m confident with techs like Peter and Redd, we avoided much larger expenses. Glad to be part of the True family. Highly recommend their service, you won’t be hosed.”

“Randall and Sebastian with True Plumbers were awesome! So were the ladies in the office. After a lot of research, I decided to go with True Plumbers. I called, asked lots of questions and they were very helpful and patient. Sent Randall and Sebastian out to my home to look at the set up the same day. They asked questions and answered a lot of mine. They didn't try push me into getting things I didn't need. Very knowledgeable, respectful, patient. There is a $49 service fee to come out, but if you decide to go with them, they waive the fee. I decided to go with them. They called the office right there, verified they had the water heater I wanted to go with and let me know the office would call me and set up the appointment, but told me immediately it would be the next day, gave me the estimate/quote. They were clear, quick to answer my questions, and patient. The office called and made my appointment for the next morning. Randall and Sebastian called to let me know both times that they were on the way and how long until they were here as well as text notification. They were on time, started right away, very polite and respectful. Excellent service, answered all my questions, completed the water heater replacement and did all the checks. Very happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend True Plumbers & AC, and would ask for Randall and Sebastian again as well. Total price was exactly the same as quoted. Thank you so much!”

“Out with the old in with the new! Dallas and Brandon replaced my 25+ yr old water heater with this new one. They did a great job. They taught me something new when they came out. They forgot to turn on the heater by the switch in my attic and the breaker box. I was not able to get in my attic to reach the switch and Dallas was nice enough to come out after hours and turn it on for me. Brandon would have but Dallas was closer so he came. Very funny yet professional. Will use again for any issue I have in the future.”
